Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit (e.g. a broken lash tray), please contact us at contact@elurastudio.co within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must email us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order

Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging must be provided
Once approved, a 100% refund will be issued for the affected item.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect style selection

Lash clusters missing or displaced (all trays are carefully checked before dispatch)

Items damaged after use or handling
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
